Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems for internal employees.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and resolve complex network issues efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new security protocols and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the planning and execution of technology upgrades during our hiring event.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-3 years of proven experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and firewalls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to changing priorities.
