Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and testing of software applications under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing technical projects and data-driven decision making.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in various programming languages.
- Debug and troubleshoot existing systems to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Document technical processes and code to maintain clear project history and knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Basic understanding of programming concepts (Python, Java, or JavaScript preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
