Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Lead campaign optimization using data analytics to drive ROI and KPI achievement
- Manage $500K+ annual digital advertising budget across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with sales team to generate qualified leads and support revenue goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-5 digital marketing specialists
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Strong project management skills with ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Certifications (Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar) highly valued
