Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including material handling, inventory management, and quality control checks
- Operate industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, power tools) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain clean, organized work environments following OSHA standards and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and deadlines
- Document work activities and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or industrial experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods in physically demanding environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record for equipment operation
- Proficient in basic inventory management systems (RF scanning experience a plus)
