Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if operating company vehicles)
- Reliable transportation to Austin, VA location
