Responsibilities
- Execute efficient warehouse operations including inventory management, order picking, and packing
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Document inventory transactions and quality control checks
- Support equipment maintenance and troubleshooting initiatives
- Train on new processes and technologies to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain training
- Strong attention to detail with accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Bay location
- Flexibility to work weekends with occasional overtime as needed
