Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, patch management, and system updates on weekends.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Monitor server health and respond to emergency alerts outside of business hours.
- Ensure data security and backup integrity during the weekend shift.
- Document technical procedures and update the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the on-call team for smooth handovers.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Sat/Sun or Fri/Sat/Sun).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry server equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a plus.
