Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inbound/outbound shipments and inventory control
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with meticulous attention to detail
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
