Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety compliance
- Pick, pack, and label orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
