Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycles from conception to delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies and track project milestones
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring quality deliverables
- Communicate project status to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive IT project management experience
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Proven experience with enterprise-scale software implementations
- Expertise in Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project Suite
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder communication abilities
