Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using modern languages (Java/Go/Python).
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product managers to define and deliver new features.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and throughput.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Proactively identify technical debt and implement refactoring strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
