Responsibilities
- Provide advanced critical care monitoring for post-cardiac surgery patients
- Administer complex medication protocols and ventilator management
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams during emergency interventions
- Maintain precise documentation in Epic EMR systems
- Mentor new nurses and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and CMS standards
Qualifications
- Current TN RN license with BLS/ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience with cardiac monitoring equipment (Swan-Ganz, IABP)
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
