Responsibilities
- Delage advanced patient assessment and interventions in emergency settings
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care for trauma, cardiac, and stroke patients
- Maintain precise documentation in Epic EMR system
- Lead rapid response and code blue activations
- Mentor new nurses and clinical students
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active CA RN license (required)
- BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications (required)
- Minimum 2 years ER experience (trauma preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Experience with Epic EMR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in high-stress environment
