Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and inventory management
- Optimize supply chain processes for cost efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams including logistics and procurement
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards
- Analyze KPIs and develop improvement strategies
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with Texas branch operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management
- 5+ years warehouse/logistics management experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proven leadership in union/non-union environments
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
