Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift operations (10 PM - 6 AM) ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Implement inventory control procedures and conduct cycle counts
- Coordinate loading/unloading of shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical problems to management
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, incidents, and productivity metrics
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required (OSHA 10/30 preferred)
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Spanish bilingual a plus
