Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring productivity targets are exceeded
- Coordinate loading/unloading operations with precision and safety compliance
- Implement inventory control systems using WMS technology
- Conduct daily safety audits and enforce OSHA standards
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and company protocols
- Generate performance reports for senior management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid North Carolina forklift operator certification
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM with flexible scheduling
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
