Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure 100% accuracy and timely delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery, forklifts, and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records during the night cycle.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and logistics coordinators.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
