Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support to 500+ employees
- Manage network infrastructure and security protocols
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Implement system upgrades and patches
- Train staff on new technologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support/network administration
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows 10/11 and Active Directory
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs for equipment handling
