Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols and data backup systems
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Manage inventory and procurement of IT assets
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a professional environment
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
