Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access controls
- Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers and workstations
- Document technical procedures and maintain support ticket systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT security protocols
- Train employees on technology best practices and new software tools
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot critical outages
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and network troubleshooting
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Valid work authorization or eligibility for visa sponsorship
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
