Responsibilities
- Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead a team of 15+ IT professionals across infrastructure, security, and development
- Manage $5M+ annual technology budget and vendor relationships
- Oversee cloud migration and digital transformation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Drive innovation through emerging technology adoption
- Collaborate with C-suite on technology roadmaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years in IT leadership with 5+ years directing teams
- Proven experience in enterprise infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred
- Strong background in budget management and vendor negotiations
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
