Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, stocking, and inventory management tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related logistics or warehouse role preferred.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if applicable to role).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
