Responsibilities
- Manage Inventory: Monitor stock levels, process incoming shipments, and execute accurate inventory counts using our management software.
- Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere in the facility.
- Operations Support: Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain a clean work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets and ensure workflow continuity during peak weekend hours.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all packaging meets company standards before dispatch.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in logistics is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail, logistics, or warehousing preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and adherence to safety protocols.
