Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and staging of freight according to safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to meet safety and quality standards.
- Assist with quality control inspections and package preparation for shipment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix, Illinois facility.
