Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, sorting, and stocking of goods to ensure warehouse organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company standards before shipping or storage.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and flexible shifts.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and a strong attendance record.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods in a warehouse environment.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID, proof of eligibility to work in the US, and a social security card.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
