Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and shipping orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering strictly to all safety and 5S guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management processes and cycle counts to ensure stock integrity.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (flexible start times).
