Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes with high accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse area is organized, clean, and adheres to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Inspect goods for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification (if required for role).
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
