Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of key client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving technical and service issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to understand client goals and provide strategic solutions.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to advocate for client needs and improve service offerings.
- Prepare detailed reports on account health, usage metrics, and growth opportunities.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a seamless transition into our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in customer success, account management, or technical support (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and visa sponsorship application process.
