Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance duties to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist with production tasks, assembly lines, and material handling as directed by supervisors.
- Operate basic machinery and hand tools following all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and ensure proper organization of work areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and labor laws at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or field.
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic English proficiency for clear communication with management.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Valid eligibility to work in the United States.
