Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, and network equipment.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware, including laptops and mobile devices.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex network or security incidents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred).
- 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evening or weekend support.
