Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, resolutions, and user interactions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify systemic issues and propose long-term solutions.
- Perform regular system maintenance, patching, and security updates.
- Conduct user training sessions and create knowledge base articles.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management or external vendors when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a help desk environment.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with remote troubleshooting tools (e.g., TeamViewer, LogMeIn).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
