Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while conducting thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Problem Solving: Debug and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance under high load.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of software design patterns.
- Database: Solid experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and version control systems (Git).
