- Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and implementation.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Document technical processes, architecture, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in a technical support or engineering role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend programming languages.
- Deep understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
