Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify crawl errors, site speed issues, and on-page optimization opportunities.Implement and maintain schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt files to enhance search engine visibility.Analyze keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console.Collaborate with web developers to ensure clean code implementation and proper canonicalization.Optimize site architecture and internal linking structures for maximum crawlability and user experience.Monitor competitor strategies and algorithm updates to proactively adjust our technical approach.Lead technical training sessions for content teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Qualifications
5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO and Search Engine Optimization.Deep expertise in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, SEMrush).Strong working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and basic server-side scripting (PHP/Python).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable technical strategies.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Must be available to start immediately.Valid work authorization in the United States.
