Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and social media to identify and engage passive candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps).
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Closing & Offer Management: Negotiate offers, coordinate background checks, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise both candidates and clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical roles.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficient in using Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques.
- ATS Proficiency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
