Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for clients across the US and UK.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or TypeScript).
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high code quality.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement robust fixes to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
