Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design and implement scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Maintain Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and security.
- Agile Leadership: Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, or Node.js is mandatory.
- Database: Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases.
