Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance optimization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/Flask).
- Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
