Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Review: Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices and code quality.
- System Architecture: Collaborate with product managers to define technical specifications and system architecture.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance improvements to enhance user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, QA, marketing) to deliver projects on time.
- Testing: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with experience in frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Agile: Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments.
