Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern technologies such as React, Node.js, and Python.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize existing codebases, ensuring high availability and scalability of our infrastructure.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architecture planning to production deployment and monitoring.
- Identify and resolve critical bugs and performance bottlenecks with minimal downtime.
- Contribute to the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep expertise in front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Express, or Python).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of database design and SQL optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
