Responsibilities
- Architect and implement high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform rigorous code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure application stability and speed.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
