Responsibilities
- Architect and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Databases: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Must be willing to work in Fort Worth, TX.
