Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or .NET).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalability and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
