Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitLab and Jenkins
- Automate AWS infrastructure with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters for scalability and cost efficiency
- Lead incident response for production systems
- Implement security best practices (CIS benchmarks, IAM policies)
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with product teams for feature rollouts
Qualifications
- 5+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering roles
- Expert-level AWS certification (Solutions Architect Professional)
- Proficiency in Python, Go, or Bash scripting
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE)
- Strong understanding of infrastructure-as-code principles
- Experience with observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus)
- Previous startup or high-growth environment experience
