Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Conduct technical audits of client websites to ensure optimal performance.
- Screen, interview, and manage candidates for technical roles, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-conversion content.
- Monitor keyword trends and competitor analysis.
- Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate candidate and client information.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, or technical recruitment.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and ATS software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
