Responsibilities
- Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately select and package merchandise to ensure customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads within the warehouse.
- Load and Unload: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damages and ensure they meet quality standards before shipping.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any issues to supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the night shift.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license (Class C) required for warehouse transport duties.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to follow instructions and maintain focus during long shifts.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
