Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage remote systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime during night hours.
- Provide real-time technical support and troubleshooting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Review and process critical data entries and reports with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams via secure communication channels to ensure continuity.
- Conduct regular system audits and security checks to mitigate risks.
- Respond to urgent tickets and escalations within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities and incidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience working in a Night Shift or shift work environment.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Strong proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
