Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety regulations.
- Load and unload materials efficiently during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Adhere to strict attendance and punctuality policies.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous experience in logistics or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Valid ID and social security number required.
