Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with precision and safety.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring accuracy and speed to meet quotas.
- Perform inventory counts and manage stock levels within the warehouse system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues during night operations.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is preferred but not required.
- Mandatory Availability: Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license is required.
