Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 and tier 3 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Configure, deploy, and manage hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software applications.
- Maintain and monitor network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with vendors to manage service contracts and resolve complex technical escalations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- CompTIA A+ Certification or similar technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in desktop support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, TCP/IP, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to lift and carry hardware equipment up to 50 lbs as required.
